What It Does

How to Apply

After filling in your brows with your preferred Billion Dollar Brows pencil or powder, sweep the gel through your brow hairs using short, upward strokes. Follow the direction of your hair growth, starting from the inner corner and moving toward the tail. For a more "lifted" look, brush the hairs at the front of the brow straight up. Allow a few seconds to set.
